Chocolate Pudding Ingredients

4 large avocados
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup cocoa powder
¼ c coconut oil
1 t balsamic
1 t tamari
1/2 t salt

Coconut Shell Ingredients

1 C coconut meat
1/2 C cashews, soaked 1-2 hours and drained
1/4 C coconut oil
1/2 C maple syrup
½ cup almond milk
½ t salt

Process

Blend all chocolate pudding ingredients in a food processor and blend.
Pour into popsicle molds and add sticks, then place in freezer until fully frozen.
Blend coconut shell ingredients and pour into a jar or bowl deep enough for dipping the popsicles.
Remove frozen pops from from the mold, dip in coconut shell and lay on wax paper. Transfer back to the freezer.
